Tasting Notes: Hyperion Exclusive Cuvée Roumaine, capture the essence of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot, classic red grapes and Fetească Neagră, one of the most valuable Romanian grape variety. From carefully hand-picked grapes, each varietal was individually fermented, then blended and aged for 18 months in new French oak barriques. Firm in structure and rich in texture, it shows a beautiful mixture of ripe red and black fruits flavours, complemented by soft tones of black chocolate, red pepper and finishing with pleasing spicy and eucalypt notes.

Food Pairing: Enjoy this wine with duck, pheasant, lamb or beef dishes.
